We are proud to use the Leadership360 Profile from Leadership Circle - in this process you have the combined forces of your own self-evaluation plus the evaluations of your chosen peers and bosses. This provides windows into your leadership style that you otherwise would remain blind to. Once your results come together, we connect more deeply to dissect the findings, your thoughts, and mine.
