Andy Conigliaro is a proven operations, finance, and business strategy executive with 20+ years of building successful teams, and transforming  and scaling technology businesses. Currently, as Founder of Bearing Point Strategy LLC, Andy provides executive and business strategy coaching services to help leaders increase lasting satisfaction, attain sustainable balance, and embrace transformation. He also sits on the executive team at CrossFit LLC as the Strategic Advisor and Business Partner to the senior leaders of CrossFit, leading the business operations and financial planning (FP&A) teams. Previously, he spent 12 years at Oracle Data Cloud (Datalogix prior to its 2014 acquisition), most recently as Group Vice President, Business Strategy and Operations, acting as the CFO/COO of the 1600-person business unit comprised of 6 acquisitions spread across 14 countries. In this role, Andy led Business Strategy, Finance, M&A, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Operations, and Go-to-Market Organizational Design & Management. 

Philosophically, Conigliaro exudes an authenticity to relate, a confidence to achieve, a humility to grow, and a passion to lead. He has successfully worn many hats throughout his career, from being a hardware architect at Sun Microsystems to brand management at Leapfrog educational toys to leading product and marketing at Solidware Technologies, a Boulder-based startup, prior to his product, operations, and finance leadership at Datalogix/Oracle. He approaches all functions with an operational mindset, a will-do attitude, and a repeated ability to build and lead strong leaders and teams to successfully execute on business objectives. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and later received his MBA from Stanford University.

In his spare time, Andy loves hiking and keeping fit with Pilates and CrossFit. He is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for A Precious Child, a non-profit organization focused on providing disadvantaged children with opportunities and resources to empower them to achieve their full potential from cradle to career. He lives outside Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two sons.
